FORGE FC Information for United U13/U15/U17

Registered Swift Current United Players who would like to be considered for our multi club PSL teams need to attend the camps being held in Weyburn, Saskatchewan April 9/10 at the Spark Centre.  

Please fill in the age appropriate form to attend the camp.  Please read the top of the form for session times and where to send the $30 participation fee. 

U13 FORGE FC Evaluation Camp  Form needs to filled out by March 10th 

U15/17 FORGE FC Selection Camp Form needs to filled out by April 1st
